I have created a safe private practice space in Mornington, Victoria.

I offer individual face-to-face sessions, tele-health video appointments, and telephone consults to all ages across the lifespan. 

Parent support sessions provide support to parents with the tools and strategies they need to navigate the challenges of raising children in this ever changing world.

Sessions with children and their parent/s and sibling/s may allow for assessment of the family dynamics. These sessions are designed to help families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. 

Discover your neurotype in a neurodiversity friendly way. I offer Autism and ADHD assessments for children and adults.

I offer visits to schools and kindergartens to assess and support children with having their needs met in the school/kinder environment. This includes attendance at student support group (SSG) meetings, and collaboration with teaching staff to develop children’s Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research, and draw upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Family Systems Therapy (FST), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to meet the changing needs of clients. 

Above all, I would describe my approach as supportive, person-centred, collaborative, and strength-based.
